  •  WHAT ARE OUR WORKING HOURS? Monday-Friday 6:00AM-4:00PM Saturday 6:00AM-3:00PM Sunday CLOSED. 
  • WHAT ARE THE ADDITIONAL FEES THAT CAN BE APPLIED? There will be a %15 charge for any returned check. Account are considered past due after the 5th of the month of service. Any delayed payment will accrue a late fee of N5,000. 
  • WHAT DON'T YOU DO WHEN CLEANING? Dishes (in most instances unless requested on an hourly bases). Laundry(folding of laundry permitted on hourly basis). Climbing on high ladders. Cleaning chandeliers. Removing extensive trash except for companies as in "post-construction" clean up.
  •  DO YOU SEND THE SAME PEOPLE OR PERSON EACH TIME? Every effort is made to send the same person(s),however,if a worker is sick or has the day off,we reserve the right to send a substitute until the regularly assigned person returns. We like to have more than 1 team member familiar with your home or office whichever the case may be.
  •  HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL COME TO CLEAN MY FACILITY? It will depend on the amount of work involved and service you opt for. 
  •  WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A DAMAGE OF PROPERTY DURING CLEANING? Please keep valuables in a secure place. Regrettable and although not common,from time to time,something may break. Our cleaners have been instructed to report any damages to the office immediately in order to follow the proper procedure to repair or replace the item.
  •  DOES NELUZ CLEANING SERVICES OBSERVE HOLIDAYS? The only holidays we observe are those which you observe. 
  • ACCESS/KEYS/SECURITY ALARM: HOW WOULD NELUZ CLEANING SERVICES HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PROPERTY? Customers are responsible for either turning the alarm on their own,except an order is given to us to do so.
  •  WHAT IS NELUZ CLEANING SERVICES REFUND POLICY? We do not refund any portion of the cleaning fees. We will do our best to rectify all situation.
  •  WHAT DOES NELUZ CLEANING SERVICES TELL THEIR EMPLOYEES ABOUT THE USE OF CLIENT'S EQUIPMENTS? Our cleaners understand never to use any of the client's equipment,copiers,telephone,scanners,computers,etc. 
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT? Always call or mail the office to notify us of any change or cancilation of appointment. 
  •  DOES NELUZ CLEANING SERVICES HAVE QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS? After every cleaning project,there is always a quality check performed by the head on duty to ensure that every aspect of the job was completed. 
  •  WHAT SORT OF EQUIPMENT DOES NELUZ CLEANING SERVICES USE WHEN CLEANING? We use the best cleaning equipment. Other cleaning equipment like " Detergent, Disinfectant,Toilet papers, Soap, Deodorant, and Hand towels are provided by the customer.
